About the Project

Brocklebank 15/2 pre-crimped architectural wire mesh installed as façade cladding at the New Marlowe Theatre in Canterbury.

Long rolls of the pre-crimped mesh are tension mounted on to the building, creating a range of effects depending on the lighting conditions. A look of shimmering translucency in direct sunlight contrasts with striking green LED highlights at night.

About the Project

Locker Gladstone 80/10 cable mesh installed using a Locker installation technique at Granta Park science, technology and biopharmaceutical park located on the banks of the River Granta in Great Abington near Cambridge.

The mesh is used as screening panels between green wall vertical cladding on a multi-storey car park.

About the Project

Brocklebank Twin architectural pre-crimped decorative mesh installed at Glasgow University library. The pre-crimped mesh is radiused to form a decorative, cylindrical sleeve which conceals columns in the library atrium area.

The design by Nimmo and Partners LLP effectively utilises the flexibility of Brocklebank Twin mesh to create an appealing, open and uncluttered learning environment.

About the Project

Locker Architectural Churchill 11/11 Pre-crimped woven mesh fabricated in brass and supplied for Temper City Restaurant, Angel Court, London.

The clean and bright brass mesh is installed above the central grill, where it beautifully compliments the warm and rich restaurant aesthetic.

About the Project

The previously vacant 1960s Westlegate Tower office block in Norwich has been transformed to create luxury apartments, commercial units and a car park.

The existing building has been modernised and enhanced by the installation of metal façade cladding. Garston expanded metal is installed around the building entrance and windows, and Eiffel 40 spiral mesh curtain plant screening at the top of the tower.

About the Project

These two striking kite structures proudly hang from tensioned wire ropes, in the North and South entrance atria at the iconic MK Shopping Centre. They are constructed from CNC laser-mitred aluminium tubular framework infilled with Locker’s expanded metal Malin mesh.

Locker undertook the computer-modelled detailed design, complex 3D mitred welding. The framework and mesh were grit-blasted and polyester powder coated Aztec gold.

The sculptures were a challenging puzzle to install however our skilled rigging team completed the work ahead of schedule over 21 continuous nights.
