Wedge Wire Patterns

Wedge wire, so called due to it's triangular profile, is electronically welded to support rods to form a grille or grating. These are produced on a computer controlled flat bed welding machine. This technique allows for different profile wires, apertures, support rods etc. and ensures the wires and support rods are always precisely perpendicular to each other.
