Wedge Wire Patterns

Wedge wire panels and welded grills get their name from the distinctive triangular (wedge-shaped) profile of the wire itself. Each wire is electronically welded to transverse support rods, forming a rigid, high-strength grill or grating. While most profiles follow this traditional wedge design, our lightweight "Flash" Aluminium pattern uses a U-shaped profile to deliver maximum strength at a reduced weight.

Manufactured on advanced computer-controlled flat-bed welding machines, these welded grills ensure precise control over wire shape, aperture size, support rod spacing, and alignment. Every wire and rod is perfectly perpendicular, guaranteeing consistent, premium-quality results every time.
